Information: NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION (N.H.R.C) has invite current jobs vacancy as online application for the post of Presenting officer and Assistant Registrar (Law), is an Autonomous Statutory Body set up under the provisions of the Protection of Human Rights Act.1993. The Ministry of Home Affairs is the nodal Ministry for the Commission.

Basic Eligibility Conditions:
1. Presenting officer- By Deputation - Judicial officer who has held the post of District/Addl. District and Sessions judge/Special Judge for a period of three years.
Essential Qualification:- Degree in Law.
2. Assistant Registrar(Law) - By Deputation - Officers possessing a degree in law and holding analogous posts in Central Govt./Supreme Court/High Court/CAT of officers of Central Govt./Supreme Court/High Court/CAT/High Court in the Pay Band=2 Rs.9300-34,800/- + GP Rs.4800/-with 8 years of regular service.
Scale Of Pay:
For Presenting officer - PB-4, Rs. 37400-67000/- + GP Rs. 10,000/-
For Assistant Registrar - PB-3, Rs. 15,600-39,100/- + GP Rs. 6600/-
